HR Manager Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and maintain all HR processes to ensure the department runs efficiently
  • Ensure full compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
  • Liaise with external HR consultants as required
  • Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and fairness in all interactions
  • Work flexibly and adapt to changing business needs
  • Manage employee contracts, induction processes, and training records
  • Monitor and record absences, sickness, and annual leave
  • Maintain accurate and well‑organised HR, personnel, and office filing systems
