Job summary

A leading Executive Education provider in Cambridge is seeking an HR Manager to oversee the full HR function. The successful candidate will manage recruitment and performance, advise senior leaders on people strategy, and ensure compliance with organisational policies. This role requires significant HR management experience, preferably in complex environments, and a CIPD Level 7 qualification. A competitive salary of £45,000 – £50,000 and generous benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR management roles, ideally in complex or multi-stakeholder organisations.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to exercise judgment and maintain confidentiality.
• Knowledge of commercial and financial considerations relevant to HR decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR activities including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
• Provide advice on people strategy and workforce planning.
• Manage employee relations matters in line with policies and legislation.

Skills

CIPD Level 7 qualification
