Sonepar UK are looking for a HR Manager to join our team on a 12 month FTC. The role will manage a team of three people, including a HRBP, Data and Projects Specialist and an Engagement Co Ordinator (incl internal comms), be the point of contact for ER escalations for Mayflex and Routeco, our UK sister company, as well as ensuring the board are updated on activities. The role will also have a number of HR Projects to work on throughout the 12 months.
Sonepar are the number one world leader in B2B sales, present in 40 countries. The People Ops team cover Sonepars two UK companies; Mayflex and Routeco. This role will work primarily with Mayflex based in Birmingham.
Mayflex is a leading distributor of converged IP solutions including infrastructure, networking and IP security solutions. They own Excel Networking Solutions brand which is the number one cabling brand in the UK as reported by BSRIA and is sold throughout Europe and the Middle East.
We are looking for a proactive, engaging individual with management and a high level of ER experience. You will need to be comfortable to hit the ground running to deliver our ambitious projects in 2026.
