About the Role

UK Staffing Group is proud to partner with a fast-growing, SME within the logistics sector, now seeking a HR Manager / Head of HR to join the business.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape and strengthen the companys HR function as it continues to scale. There is a clear path to HR Director (HRD) within the next 23 years for the right individual.

Youll bring both strategic insight and hands‑on HR expertise, supporting the business as it grows while helping to preserve the companys family feel and close-knit culture.

The role is varied and dynamic, combining strategic leadership with day‑to‑day operational HR support and close partnership with managers and senior leaders.

This role may particularly suit an ambitious HR Business Partner with 34 years experience looking for their next step into a leadership position where they can own and drive the HR function.
