A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced HR Manager to provide hands-on support at their Poole location. This role supports HR processes in both Poole and Portsmouth, including performance management and employee relations. Candidates must have a strong understanding of UK employment law and possess exceptional coaching skills. The position offers a hybrid working model, competitive salary of £55,000 - £60,000, and requires a full driving licence and own car. Hybrid working - 4 days in office, 1 day from home.
