A global FMCG leader is seeking an HR Manager in London to drive HR projects and manage operational delivery across the UK & Ireland. The ideal candidate will excel in stakeholder management, possess a continuous improvement mindset, and have experience in social relations within HR. A competitive salary of £45,000 - £58,000 plus benefits is offered.

You will join our Agile HR team whose mission is to drive transversal HR projects across the business and lead on operational HR topics.
As an HRM you will work across the business both in UK & Ireland to execute key projects to deliver the strategic people plan and enable outcome-focussed processes and fairness & consistency in experience for all our Danoners. As we are working in an Agile way, your role will have some key fixed activities (50%) for which you will be the point of contact for the business; the rest of your time (50%) will be spent on different projects and topics across the HR function.
Please note the salary on offer for this position is between £45,000 - £58,000 plus bonuses & benefits
