We're looking for a proactive and detail-focused People Manager to support our People function with both administrative and system-based tasks. Working closely with the wider People team, youll be responsible for maintaining accurate employee data, supporting recruitment and onboarding, managing documentation, and being a key user of Harri, Microsoft Teams and all other systems.

The Role
  • As HR Manager you will champion your systems : You will be the wizz of all policies, procedures and documentation.
  • As HR Manager you will need to collaborate closely with the People team : You'll be working alongside the L&D Manager, Training Manager and Operations Directors to make all their ideas come to life from inductions, training plans, exit interviews and everything in between.
