Cameron James is working with a well-established professional services business to recruit an experienced and commercially focused HR Manager to join their team as soon as possible. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility—two days in the Birmingham office, one day visiting another UK site, and two days working from home. You will have the autonomy to manage your own diary.
We are looking for someone CIPD Level 7 qualified with proven generalist experience and strong business partnering credentials. Experience within professional services or working with analytical and highly skilled teams is advantageous but not essential. You must be confident, articulate, and able to influence at a senior level.
