Overview

HR Manager - Professional Services | Birmingham | Hybrid Working

Cameron James is working with a well-established professional services business to recruit an experienced and commercially focused HR Manager to join their team as soon as possible. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility—two days in the Birmingham office, one day visiting another UK site, and two days working from home. You will have the autonomy to manage your own diary.

Responsibilities
  • Delivering high-quality, pragmatic HR advice across the full employee lifecycle
  • Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders to support a high-performance culture
  • Leading ER casework, performance management, and change initiatives
  • Developing, reviewing and implementing HR policies in line with best practice and legal requirements
  • Supporting reward and recognition strategies based on market data and business needs
  • Managing projects from concept through to delivery and successful implementation
  • Ensuring consistent HR best practices are followed across all sites
Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone CIPD Level 7 qualified with proven generalist experience and strong business partnering credentials. Experience within professional services or working with analytical and highly skilled teams is advantageous but not essential. You must be confident, articulate, and able to influence at a senior level.
