Our HR Graduate Programme offers you the opportunity to gain a holistic view of Human Resources across the entire RWE Group. Over two years, you'll complete four six-month placements of your choice, building experience across areas such as HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Diversity & Inclusion, HR Marketing & Employer Branding, Recruiting, People & Organisational Development, and more. By the end of the programme, you'll have the foundations to thrive as an HR professional, with the experience and network to take your career further within a global energy leader.

Our graduate programmes are designed to help you shape your own career path and personal development, with the support you need to succeed. You'll be assigned a graduate buddy and a senior mentor to advise you on rotations and introduce you to key people within the business. We offer a wide range of development opportunities, including networking events with senior managers and board members. Our development journey is anchored around a strengths-based program designed for graduates, with personalized learning in immersive environments and instructor-led training. After the programme, most graduates continue their careers with us, using the skills gained as a springboard for their future careers.

Qualifications
  • A degree (BSc, MSc or PhD) in Business Administration, Psychology, Business Education, or similar, ideally with a focus on HR
  • A strong sense of responsibility, solution orientation, and proactive mindset
  • Organisational talent, analytical problem-solving skills, and creativity
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English
  • Flexibility and willingness to move between multiple locations
