Job Overview

VANRATH is delighted to be supporting a returning client in the recruitment of an HR Generalist to provide HR support across the organisation, including employee relations, HR policy implementation, and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure HR practices comply with relevant legislation and regulatory standards.
  • Act as a point of contact for staff and managers on HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations matters.
  • Coordinate training and development programmes.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide insights to senior management.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and organisational initiatives.
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new staff.
Essential
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation, and ability to maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance.
  • Experience advising staff and managers on HR matters, and managing employee relations, including performance, absence, and conflict.
  • Experience coordinating training and staff development, and analysing HR data to produce management reports.
  • Experience supporting HR policy development and implementation, and familiarity with recruitment and onboarding processes.
