A leading hospitality business is seeking an experienced HR Director in the Bristol area. This hands-on role involves overseeing HR functions, managing a team, and implementing processes to improve service quality. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience at HRD level and be well-versed in HR policies, employment law, and team management. The ideal applicant will have experience in hospitality or retail and a strong background in project management.
Salary: A GBP 120,000 depending on experience
Location: Bristol area and home working and travel
This role is all about building a fantastic new look vision for this Hospitality business, helping create a new culture, to site level, creating a new visions for this brand, overseeing all areas of the HR function and managing a team of 8 plus
