With the implementation of Workday, the FT HR Team is evolving its ability to provide high-quality HR management information, operational data and insights. We are seeking a driven and ambitious individual to shape and drive a roadmap that enables delivery of an end-to-end reporting and insight service—from ad hoc data requests to strategic HR projects that support data-driven decision making.
This role sits within HR Services and will collaborate across HR functions including Payroll, Learning & Talent, Talent Acquisition, and Global Mobility. You will combine analytical and technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement and project delivery skills.
