A housing association in London is seeking an HR Data Administrator to provide proactive and efficient administration services. In this hybrid role, you will process staff changes in our HR Information System, organize training sessions, and respond to inquiries professionally. Candidates should have effective PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, and demonstrate a strong attention to detail. The position offers a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional development.
Do you enjoy working with systems, data and administration? Would you enjoy the challenge of working in a fast paced HR Team?
We’re looking for a detail-oriented HR Data Administrator to deliver a proactive and efficient administration service. You’ll play a key role in supporting HR operations and the Talent and Learning team, ensuring compliance, and providing a customer-focused experience for colleagues and managers.

Experience of data entry would be a bonus but is not essential as we will train you, but your attention to detail is a must.
You will also assist in the maintenance of a number of HR email inboxes.
Hybrid arrangements – currently at least three days a week in our main office but more may be needed depending on work and interactions required.
