Overview

HR Coordinator / Talent Acquisition Immediate Start
Salary: £30,000 £32,000 Hours: Monday Friday, 9:00am 5:30pm Location: Office-based with some flexibility

We re looking for a proactive HR Coordinator / Talent Acquisition professional to join a close-knit HR team and help drive recruitment across a range of roles, from office positions to warehouse, hygiene, QA, and machine operators.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: create engaging job adverts, conduct pre-screen calls, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Use data to inform recruitment decisions and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
  • Bring creative ideas to campaigns, talent pipelining, employer branding, and candidate engagement.
  • Represent the business at recruitment events and fairs.
  • Support HR admin: onboarding, contracts, interview coordination, and compliance checks.
Qualifications
  • Strong recruitment experience, including social media and digital campaigns.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and resilient with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively.
  • International recruitment experience is a plus but not essential.
