Qualifications

  • 2 years of HR Coordination/Administration experience required.
  • Experience working with various employment options (Permanent, FTC, contractors).
  • Knowledge of HR legislation necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain contact with new starters throughout the onboarding process.
  • Support managers on training needs analysis and provide guidance on welfare.
  • Manage the leavers process, including exit interviews and payroll updates.
