Location: Bedford (with occasional travel to Milton Keynes)
Contract: 12 month Fixed Term Contract
Hours: 37.5 per week

We’re on the lookout for a commercially savvy HR Business Partner to join our team initially on a 12-month fixed-term contract with a view to moving permanent. Based at our Bedford site, you’ll be a key ingredient in our operational team, supporting a busy manufacturing site where the pace is fast.

Responsibilities
  • Partnering with operational leaders to deliver strategic and hands-on HR support.
  • Driving cultural change and embedding a coaching-led approach to people management.
  • Supporting workforce planning, succession, and talent pipeline development.
  • Leading on employee relations, policy development, and engagement initiatives.
  • Championing our values and ensuring a consistent, human approach to employee relations.
Qualifications / What we knead from you
  • Solid HR generalist experience, ideally in a manufacturing or operational setting.
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • A confident communicator who can influence, challenge, and coach at all levels.
  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) and a passion for continuous professional development.
  • A visible, hands-on partner who builds credibility both on the shop floor and in the boardroom.
