A global engineering and aerospace organisation is looking for an HR Business Partner for a 6-month fixed-term contract in Towcester. This role involves managing recruitment for new manufacturing roles, supporting compliance and onboarding, and ensuring operational readiness as the facility transitions. Salary: £60,000 (Fixed Term Contract)

This HR Business Partner role is a fantastic opportunity to play a key part in an exciting site transition project within a global engineering and aerospace organisation.
In this fast‑paced, delivery‑focused position, the HR Business Partner will take ownership of day‑to‑day HR activity connected to the setup of the new facility—supporting recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and employee welfare for new starters. Working closely with site leaders, project teams, and recruitment partners, you’ll ensure the workforce is ready, engaged, and fully supported throughout the move.
