HR Business Partner

What will you do as HR Business Partner?

  • Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be the company's trusted HR partner by providing guidance to the senior management on all aspects of the HR remit across all company sites including business change, employee relations, engagement and talent management.
  • Assist in devising and cultivating the company's culture to embodies the organisation's values
  • Create and implement talent management processes to optimize recruitment methods and onboarding processes
  • Identify skills gaps within the workforce, coach upcoming management officials and partake in the devising L and D initiatives
  • Revise performance and engagement processes to prioritize employee wellbeing and support available

What do you need as HR Business Partner?

  • Possesses extensive HR Generalist experience within a multi-site business
  • Proven experience in leading on complex ER cases, restructuring and redundancies
  • Skilled in talent management, research and development and learning/development
  • Proficient in understanding UK employment law
  • Desirable to have experience with Trade Unions
