A charitable organization in the United Kingdom is seeking an HR Business Partner for a fixed term of 18 months. The successful candidate will provide proactive HR support and manage employee relations. Ideal applicants will have knowledge of employment legislation, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion. The role involves regular travel across the operating region and offers a salary of £40,000 - £42,000 per year.
We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our solutions-focussed HR team to support our managers across Demelza for a fixed term of 18 months.
With your expertise of successfully delivering proactive HR support and managing employee relations activities you will work closely with management to provide high quality operational HR guidance and support.
Candidates will have up-to-date knowledge of current employment legislation and excellent interpersonal skills and be a confident and effective communicator.
Previous charity experience is helpful but this is not essential to be successful in this role; your commitment to continuous development and learning will be a greater advantage. Regular travel across our operating region will be required.
