A reputable logistics organization in the UK is seeking a People Business Partner to support their growth. This role allows for remote work with some travel and involves acting as a key advisor in HR matters. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR advisory roles, particularly in managing employee relations and implementing HR strategies. A CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent and a solid understanding of UK employment law are essential. The salary range is between £48,000 and £52,000, depending on experience.

This role will be based primarily from home with occasional travel to sites. The role is ideal to candidates based in the Midlands.

Reporting to the Head of People, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle while supporting the delivery of an ambitious People Strategy.

CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience)
