Overview

HR Business Partner – 6-month fixed term contract. Full time, 37.5 hours per week. Based in Cornwall. Salary: circa £55,000-£62,000k per annum. Our client, a leading healthcare organisation dedicated to delivering high-quality care and improving the well-being of the communities they serve, is looking to appoint an enthusiastic HR Business Partner to join their dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the People and Organisational Development strategy, driving change management, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality care through effective leadership and support.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the People senior team to implement the Trust's People and Organisational Development strategy.
  • Provide strategic support and advice to Care Groups on change management and business transformation.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organisational goals.
  • Engage actively in the annual business planning cycle, promoting a cohesive approach to workforce planning.
  • Lead workforce planning and development initiatives.
  • Manage Employee Relations activity, regularly monitor the progress of cases and act as the subject matter expert for all ER related matters.
  • Drive continuous improvement, lead and collaborate on HR related projects and support operational efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
  • Significant experience in People and Organisational Development activity within a complex, unionised organisation.
  • Previous experience in planning and developing workforce strategies.
  • Experience in leading aspects of change management including employee relations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to present complex information clearly.
  • The ability to analyse and interpret workforce data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Emotionally resilient and capable of navigating challenging situations.
  • Chartered MCIPD or equivalent HR qualification or work experience.
