A reputed financial services firm in Greater London is seeking an HR Associate to oversee HR functions throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance in payroll processing and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have HR administration experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The company offers competitive salary, private medical insurance, hybrid working model, and support for professional training. This position will not be remote, ensuring in-person team collaboration.
We're seeking a talented individual to join our team in London which is responsible for providing efficient and effective HR support across the business throughout the employee lifecycle from hire to retire whilst promoting a strong employee value proposition and maintaining a positive employer brand image.
The Associate will work very closely with the HR Business partners our Finance and Payroll teams and therefore a strong knowledge of payroll processing including employee benefits within HR is required.
