  • Support safer recruitment processes (advertising shortlisting packs references DBS checks)
  • Manage staff personnel files and compliance records
  • Assist with onboarding induction documentation and staff training logs
  • Update HR systems and school MIS
  • Support payroll administration and absence management
  • Respond to staff HR queries with professionalism and confidentiality
