A charity organization in London is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant for their People Systems Implementation project. The role involves supporting the migration to new HR systems, coordinating testing, and working closely with various HR teams. Ideal candidates should possess strong organizational skills, data management experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Location: Hybrid – London and home working
Salary: £34,116 - £38,115 PA
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract: 6-month Fixed Term Contract

We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Assistant to join our People Systems Implementation project team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of a new People system (HR Information System, Learning Management System and Applicant Tracking System) as part of our transformation programme to improve how we deliver People services.
In this role you will be required to work flexibly for at least 2 days per week from our Central Office in London. This allows for training, in person collaboration, team building, line management and other relationship building opportunities. We support a flexible approach to work with opportunities for agile working for the rest of your week; from home, or other St Mungo’s London or regional locations.
You’ll bring strong organisational skills and a proactive approach, with experience of using administrative systems and procedures. You’ll be confident working with data, managing competing priorities and communicating effectively with a range of stakeholders. Experience of coordinating projects and using software applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.
