Qualifications

  • Experience working in a busy office environment.
  • Confident using business systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive, accurate first-line HR support to employees and managers.
  • Deliver admin support across recruitment, onboarding, contracts, payroll changes and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure GDPR and compliance standards are met.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities and ensure a smooth new starter experience.
  • Update HR systems and produce basic reports.
  • Manage shared inboxes and support wider HR projects and process improvements.
