A multinational company based in Scotland is seeking an experienced HR and Executive Support professional. The role involves overseeing recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and providing support to the CEO. Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, a relevant educational background, and be proficient in both English and Chinese. Manage the full spectrum of the recruitment process, including job ad posting, CV screening, interviews, offer preparation, and employment contracts.
Manage the onboarding process (including visa application, etc.) for new employees and ensure all policies and procedures are followed, including adherence to the Employment Ordinance, company policies, and the Staff Handbook to Hong Kong and APAC Offices
Handle the monthly payroll calculations, MPF contribution, taxation, final payment, attendance & leave management
Maintain personnel databases and prepare HR documentation for the full employment lifecycle.
Handle any ad hoc duties as assigned.
Executive support to the Chief Executive Officer.
Corporate branding and marketing support.
Responsible for the company ISO auditing.
