The role requires a CIPD qualification and substantial experience in HR advisory roles, with a focus on fostering strong business relationships. In return, the role offers a competitive day rate of £135 and access to an on-site gym.

Role Responsibilities

• Delivering a world class and commercial service to our clients
• Provide full support to our clients, understand their business and support them to manage their most important asset - their people.
• Build strong relationships with wider teams such as payroll, tax, legal etc. to ensure mobility compliance is adhered to.
• Ensure coordination between departments is efficient and effective.
• Be first point of contact for all relocation and mobility queries / issues etc.

Person Specification

• Extremely adept at building significant business relationships in order to provide effective support.
