A leading professional services group in Surrey/Kent is seeking an HR Assistant to support its evolving People function. This is a hybrid position requiring at least three days per week in the Head Office. Responsibilities include managing HR inbox, processing HR administration, and supporting onboarding activities. We are exclusively partnering with a highly successful, multi-site professional services group to recruit an HR Assistant to support a busy and evolving People function. The organisation supports businesses at every stage of growth and is known for its collaborative culture and strong leadership team.
Reporting directly into the Head of HR, this is a key support role within the HR function and will act as the first point of contact for employees across the business. You’ll play a vital role in keeping HR operations running smoothly, supporting onboarding, learning and development, and wider people initiatives. You could be a current HR assistant, HR / L&D co‑ordinator, HR administrator or could come from an office manager or PA background where you have had experience of confidentiality, professionalism and an understanding of HR principles.
This role offers hybrid working, with a requirement to be in the Head Office (Surrey/Kent borders) at least three days per week, alongside some flexibility depending on business needs.
Monday–Friday, 9.00am–5.00pm
