Human Resources Consultants

Salary: £39,152 - £41,771

About the role
  • You’ll work closely with a dedicated HR and OD Business Partner, becoming a trusted expert in the services you support.
  • You’ll empower managers and colleagues with inclusive, people‑first advice that helps them thrive.
  • You’ll collaborate across the wider HR team to deliver impactful solutions that support Salford’s residents.
  • You’ll champion continuous improvement and equip leaders with the tools to lead the Salford Way.
We’re looking for someone who
  • Has a background in HR casework
  • Thrives in a varied role and enjoys helping leaders shape and deliver their people plans.
  • Communicates with confidence and builds strong, influential relationships.
  • Brings empathy, integrity, and a commitment to inclusion and innovation.
  • Has solid employment law knowledge and can manage complex ER cases with care and clarity.
