A major beverage company in Thatcham is seeking a full-time HR Administrator to support HR Shared Services and Talent Development. This role includes managing employee data, HR administration, and supporting talent initiatives. The ideal candidate will have HR experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with HR systems such as SAP and SuccessFactors. You’ll be split between both HR Shared Services and Talent and Development:
The HR Shared Services part of the role supports all associate administration across the UK&I Business Units and the broader HR team. The role will own the starters, leavers and changes process for associates in the JDE HCM module. They will provide comprehensive HR administration and general HR assistance to the UK&I HR team through timely, accurate completion of all HR administrative tasks. The key focus will be HCM maintenance in the SuccessFactors Employee Central database, managing the UK HR inbox with timely and supportive communication associate administration including contracts and benefit platform updates. The KPIs for the role are based on compliance with defined internal controls and procedures and timely turnaround of instructions, being the custodian of employee data in accordance with GDPR and HR data reporting.
The Talent and Development part of the role supports the talent and development programmes and processes in JDE. This role will be fully accountable for the SuccessFactors processes for the talent and development programmes. This role will also support the Talent and Development Manager in designing, implementing and evaluating talent initiatives, providing guidance and support to associates at all levels to support and foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
