This hybrid role requires managing projects focused on data-driven decision-making and developing dashboards using MS Power BI. Candidates should have proven experience in HR analytics, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. The position offers 41 days of holiday, a pension scheme, and various employee benefits.
Join UCL, London's Global University, where we tackle some of the world's most pressing challenges through world-class teaching and research. Our HR Division plays a critical role in attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional talent to support this mission. This is an exciting opportunity to transition from static reporting to dynamic, interactive dashboards using MS Power BI. Please note, this is a 12-months fixed term contract available to start immediately. The role is offered on a hybrid basis at our London Kings Cross office – the postholder will be based onsite at Bidborough House 2-days per week (plus additional days if required).
