Red Kite Waste, a leading recruitment specialist in waste management and recycling, is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a thriving company in one of the UK’s fastest-growing sectors.

Salary: £35,000 + pension
Location: Chorley, Blackrod, Bolton and surrounding areas

Previous Roles: HR Advisor, Human Resources professional
Industry Experience: Ideally you will come from a waste and recycling background
You must have a UK driving licence as there will be occasional travel to the East Midlands

Role Overview:
As an HR Advisor, you will:
Support HR strategy through research, analysis, and reporting.

Implement HR processes, standards, and tools to meet operational goals.

Monitor HR metrics and propose improvements to structures, roles, and processes.

Assist with change management, including communication and data analysis.

Resolve routine employee issues and perform HR administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee relations (ER) casework.

Apply practical knowledge of HR generalist processes.

Understand and address internal client needs, solving routine problems.

Collaborate across functions and influence outcomes effectively.

Utilize strong analytical and project management skills.

Advise on policy implementation and people processes.
