Are you an experienced People Advisor ready for your next challenge? A leading creative agency is on the lookout for someone to join their people team, supporting employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle.

The role involves working alongside two HRBPs to support around 600 employees and being the go-to person for everything people-related.

Responsibilities
  • Support onboarding and inductions for new starters

  • Contribute to engagement and inclusion projects
  • Help create an environment where employees feel supported, empowered, and inspired at every stage of their journey

Qualifications
  • Solid generalist HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced, creative environment
  • End-to-end experience managing employee relations cases with the ability to guide managers with clarity and care
  • A natural communicator who is comfortable building relationships across all levels of the business
  • A people-first approach to leadership and decision-making
