HR Advisor – 3-Month FTC
Salary: Up to £45,000 (pro rata)
Location: Nottingham – travel may be required
Start Date: Immediate

We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a well-established national business on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional with strong consultation experience to support the business through a key transformation project.

The Role

As HR Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering effective employee consultations relating to:

  • Relocation
  • Redeployment
  • Redundancies

Working closely with managers, employees, and wider HR colleagues, you’ll ensure all processes are carried out in line with employment law, company policy, and best practice. This is a hands-on role where travel to different sites may be required.
