A reputable manufacturing organization in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to cover maternity leave. This full-time role involves providing HR support across multiple sites, including managing various employment cases and coaching line managers. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of operational HR experience and hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification. A car allowance is provided with travel to Cheltenham and Devon. This fixed term role may lead to permanent employment.
Location: West Midlands base with regular travel to Cheltenham and Devon.
Salary: Up to c. GBP 35,000 + car allowance
Hours: Full-time
Contract: Fixed Term 9 Months, potential of permanent.
We are recruiting an experienced HR Advisor to cover maternity leave within a well-established, multi-site manufacturing organisation operating across the UK. This is a hands-on, operational HR role supporting site-based leaders within a fast-paced, union and non-union environment.
The successful candidate will take full ownership of their remit, acting as a trusted HR partner to operational managers on 2 sites while working closely with a supportive, pragmatic wider HR team.
