  • Managing ER casework including disciplinaries and grievances.
  • Leading recruitment processes from job specs to onboarding.
  • Owning the employee lifecycle from starter to leaver.
  • Maintaining and reporting on HRIS data accurately.
  • Coordinating benefits and company-wide HR admin.
  • Supporting HR projects and policy development.
  • Providing payroll information.
  • Organising company social events.

  • Coordinating benefits, inductions, and company-wide HR admin
  • Supporting HR projects and policy development
  • Providing payroll information
