A food ingredients company is seeking a fixed-term HR Advisor at their Leeds site for 12 months. The individual will lead recruitment campaigns, manage agency relationships, and provide generalist HR support to the function and business units. Responsibilities include coaching managers on HR policies and independently supporting ER casework. This role also involves reporting on HR metrics to the leadership team. We have a fixed term vacancy (12m) for an HR Advisor at our Leeds site in Swillington.
The HR Advisor would participate as a member of the Leeds site management team with full responsibility for delivery of people agenda for the business unit. They would also provide generalist support and advice to the wider HR function and associated business units as required.
