Overview

Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join a key client of ours based in Basingstoke. This is going to be an ongoing position for the next 6 months with the possibility to turn to a permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Working with management to communicate HR polices and procedure and provide advise for situations
• Dealing with employee queries and supporting the Head of HR with daily activities.
• Assist with recruitment from end to end
• Participate in employee investigations
• Provide support and take notes at grievance and disciplinary hearings
• Maintain electronic personnel filling systems
• Actively participate in HR meetings and projects
• Assist with payroll information

Requirements

• Previous experience within HR
• Self sufficient
• Proficient with Microsoft
• Available to start within the next few weeks
• Great attention to detail
• CIPD qualification is desirable

HR Advisor Role

• 6-month contract
• 15 - 17 per hour depending on experience
• Monday - Friday
• Hybrid working (3-4 days in the office)
• 37.5 hours a week (flexible start times between 8 and 10am)
