HR Advisor
Location: Filton

Leading Aerospace & Defence Client

We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Advisor to join a leading aerospace and defence organisation in Filton. This role is offered on a PAYE basis, paying GBP20.93 per hour, and runs until September 2026.

As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting both managers and employees, ensuring effective people management and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.

  • Support employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.

  • Build and manage strong stakeholder relationships across the business.
