Qualifications

  • Deliver onboarding and lifecycle administration.
  • Ensure compliance, confidentiality, and quality services.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Deliver onboarding and lifecycle administration across the whole organisation.
  • Provide first line advice and support to resolve issues.
  • Ensure process compliance, confidentiality and a high quality of people administration services for all employees across the employee lifecycle from new starters through to exit.
  • Manage the administration for varying types of workers including employees, bank workers and volunteers.
  • Develop and maintain the knowledge and skills to deliver excellent service and excel at using the people platform.
  • Undertake a variety of people team general administrative duties including issuing letters and contracts, meeting invite letters, note‑taking, managing electronic filing systems, producing reports and dealing with post.
  • Maintain central controls regarding eligibility to work, visas and sponsorships and criminal record checking.
  • Respond to colleague and line manager queries and manage incoming queries and responses appropriately and timely.
Qualifications
  • Relevant GCSE/A level or NVQ qualifications.
  • Experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and HR systems.
  • Experience working in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Previous experience producing reports or statistical information.
  • Previous experience working on an HR information or IT system/database with excellent and accurate data entry and record management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to deal with queries professionally.
  • Ability to prioritise workload effectively in a busy environment and meet specified deadlines.
  • Ability to use own initiative and be adaptable and flexible.
  • Ability to analyse information and present it in a user‑friendly way.
  • Ability to meet the travelling requirements of the post.

Annual salary: up to £30,000.
