A recruitment agency in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to support onboarding and recruitment for a high-profile client. This hybrid role is based in Birmingham and offers a contract lasting 6 months with a pay rate of £115 per day. Candidates should have prior HR admin experience, a strong understanding of onboarding processes, and excel in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential, alongside the ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively.

If so, TXM Recruit are working in partnership with a high‑profile railway client who are looking for an experienced HR Administrator with knowledge of Right to Work, Onboarding and Recruitment. This is a hybrid role based in Birmingham, London on a 6‑month contract paying £115 per day (PAYE).
The role requires a high level of administration work to ensure it is managed in line with legal guidelines. The successful candidate will have knowledge of the new recruitment practices and experience working to tight deadlines.
