HR Administrator
Location: Office Based, Henley on Thames
Salary: £24,136
Contract Type: Full Time Permanent, 37 hours per week.

The Henley College is seeking a highly organised and motivated HR Administrator to join our busy Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail to play a key role in supporting the College’s staff and HR processes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient administrative support across a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, record-keeping, and compliance.
  • Work closely with colleagues and managers, ensuring that deadlines are met and HR services are delivered accurately and professionally.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Ability to work confidently to deadlines in a busy office environment.
  • Effective communication with staff at all levels.
  • Understanding of confidentiality and professionalism in an HR setting.
  • Experience of working in an educational environment is an advantage but not essential; training and support will be provided, along with opportunities for professional development.
