A large multi-site organization is seeking a HR Administrator to support the People Shared Service Centre in Leeds. This role involves managing employee lifecycle administration, ensuring accurate data entry in HR systems, and serving as a point of contact for HR policy questions. Murphy is recruiting for a HR Administrator to work within the People Shared Service Centre in Leeds LS9 0NY. Operating in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada and the USA, Murphy provides better engineered solutions to infrastructure sectors including transportation, water, power and natural resources. So that our teams out on projects can run smoothly it is vital that we have robust support functions in place.

The main purpose of this role is to support the People Function with the effective administration of all employee lifecycle administration requirements. Processing requests and answering queries in an accurate and timely manner. Maintain high levels of confidentiality and adherence to data protection regulations at all times.
