HR Administrator – Grimsby – £30,000–£35,000 (DOE) + benefits

Do you have hands‑on experience with HR systems such as iTrent?

Are you confident with Excel – using formulas, pivot tables and dashboards?

Would you enjoy supporting HR and IT teams with data accuracy, analysis and system improvements?

What you NEED :
  • Experience of working within a HR function or HR systems environment
  • Strong HRIS or HR data administration experience
  • Proficiency in Excel (advanced level – pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data analysis)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

  • Deliver training and user support for HR system processes
  • Ensure compliance, security, and accuracy across all HR data activities
  • Contribute to organisational change projects through data‑driven insights
