Job Description

The HR and Admin Coordinator will be responsible for efficiently processing employee data, keeping company policies up-to-date, and assisting in the hiring process. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, admin experience and familiarity with HR functions to contribute to the smooth running of HR operations in the long term. You will also maintain accurate employee records, ensure compliance with HR policies, and promote effective communication within the organization.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Processing Employee Data
  • Keeping company policies and records up to date
  • Assisting recruitment process
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies
  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records
  • Develop training and onboarding material
  • Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
  • Update internal databases with new hire information
  • Welcoming visitors to the building, organizing security clearance and directing them to meetings
  • Processing invoices, tracking receipts, inputting expenses and other basic bookkeeping tasks
