Job Opportunity: Housing Support Worker, Nights

Hours: 35 per weekSalary: £26,132Location: BradfordHolidays: 6 weeks + Bank Holidays (yes, you read that right!)

Our client provides short‑term accommodation and life‑changing support for young people aged 16–18, including care leavers and unaccompanied asylum‑seeking children. You’ll be helping them build confidence, learn essential life skills, and prepare for a brighter future.

What You’ll Be Doing (and Loving):
  • Be the go‑to person for young people, offering guidance through individual support plans.
  • Boost their wellbeing by encouraging healthy habits and positive choices.
  • Help shape futures by engaging them in education, training, and work opportunities.
  • Create a safe, supportive vibe where feedback is welcomed and voices are heard.
  • Teach independence with tenancy skills, money management, and confidence‑building.
  • Get creative with activities like cook‑and‑eat sessions, gardening, and house meetings.
  • Safeguard and protect – because their safety is your top priority.
