A housing management services provider is looking for a dedicated individual to enhance the support for vulnerable customers in Warwick. This full-time role involves working directly with customers in their homes to help them manage their tenancies and navigate challenges. Candidates should have experience in assessing needs and providing practical assistance. This position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining housing stability for individuals in need. The role is on a fixed-term contract until September 2026.
This role is vital to our expanding housing management services in order to provide support, advice and practical help to our customers, with the aim of enabling them to establish or maintain accommodation, whilst gaining the necessary skills to sustain their tenancy and achieve greater independence.
We are seeking candidates who can work on site with our customers, often in their homes, to assess their individual needs and agree support plans that offer practical help.
The post holder will have daily contact with those who are in need of substantial support, and will help our customers to practically manage and sustain their tenancy. This will mean regular working out on site to identify our vulnerable customers needs and help put support in place to help them, no matter the problem, thus helping those customers who have been identified as more vulnerable in sustaining their tenancy, by ensuring they understand their tenancy agreement, rights and obligations and providing appropriate support such as ordering repairs or liaising with colleagues in respect of rent payment.
This is a full time role working 37 hours per week, on a fixed term contract until September 2026
The role sits within the Landlord Operations team which is a multidisciplined team providing housing management duties, including responding to breaches of tenancy reports of anti-social behaviour and income recovery.
