Job summary

Riverside is seeking a Support Assistant in Lewisham to help run a supported housing service. The role focuses on safety, wellbeing and day-to-day tenancy support, with shifts covering mornings and evenings in a rolling rota.

You will handle customer interactions, log incidents, assist with room turnover and contribute to a compassionate, inclusive service. Prior experience in similar environments is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Understanding of supporting vulnerable people, including homelessness or addiction.
• Basic administrative and IT skills to maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day running of a housing service without personal care.
• Log incidents and maintain accurate records of events.
