Job summary

Riverside welcomes a Support Assistant to join Rokeby House in Lewisham on a permanent, full-time basis (37.5 hours per week) with a rolling night-shift rota. The role focuses on maintaining safety and wellbeing within a supported housing service, helping customers with tenancy-related matters and daily tasks.

You will log incidents, prepare rooms for new occupants, and support referrals and access to external services.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing environment.
• Understanding of supporting vulnerable people (e.g., homelessness or addiction).
• Basic administrative and IT skills and attention to detail to maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day running of a supported housing service with emphasis on safety and wellbeing.
• Log incidents to maintain accurate records and prepare rooms for new occupants.
