Riverside is recruiting a Support Assistant in London for a permanent, full-time role. 37.5 hours per week with a rota pattern of 9-5 and 10-6 in Arlington, Camden. The role focuses on safety, wellbeing and day-to-day support in our housing services, without personal care requirements.

Responsibilities include recording incidents, aiding in tenancy management and signposting to external services. A background in customer-facing work and basic IT skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with people in a customer facing environment.
• Understanding of supporting vulnerable people – this could include lived experience of homelessness or drug/alcohol addiction.
• Basic administrative and IT skills and attention to detail are required to maintain records and in-house systems.

Responsabilités

• Assist in day-to-day running of supported housing services.
• Log incidents and maintain accurate records on in-house systems.
• Assist customers with tenancy-related matters and signpost to external support.
• Support customers to be tenancy ready and financially independent.
• Contribute to safeguarding and health & safety practices within the service.
• Participate in team meetings, supervision and training as required.
